Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of production generative AI systems, RAG architectures, and autonomous agentic workflows embedded directly into client applications.

Team Context & Mission
You will join our high-autonomy applied AI unit working on custom LLM agents, automated reasoning loops, and multi-tenant RAG systems for enterprise clients.
What You'll Do & Ship
- ▪Architect and ship production-ready agentic pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- ▪Develop ultra-responsive full-stack user interfaces and robust microservices using Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
- ▪Benchmark model outputs, minimize token latency, implement resilient fallback logic, and optimize cost-performance trade-offs.
- ▪Work directly with client founders and engineering leads to scope challenging AI integration problems into working software.
What We're Looking For
- ✓5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production web platforms.
- ✓Demonstrated experience deploying production applications powered by modern LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector).
- ✓Deep mastery of TypeScript, Node.js, and modern Python (FastAPI, Pydantic).
- ✓High autonomy, self-directed execution, and strong written English communication.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- +Experience with fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral) or local inference engines (vLLM, Ollama).
- +Prior experience at a high-growth tech startup, digital consultancy, or as an open-source contributor.

$90,000 – $135,000 / yr
