Team Context & Mission
You will be the guardian of user experience and visual polish across client web applications, designing interactive micro-animations and robust design systems.
What You'll Do & Ship
- ▪Own frontend architecture across our client products, building modular, accessible, and high-performance component systems.
- ▪Transform Figma designs into interactive, fluid web apps with subtle micro-animations and intuitive responsive behavior.
- ▪Optimize web bundles, asset pipelines, and client-side rendering to consistently achieve 95+ Core Web Vitals scores.
- ▪Collaborate with backend engineers to define clean REST and GraphQL API contracts.
What We're Looking For
- ✓5+ years of frontend development experience building complex, production-grade web applications.
- ✓Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React 18/19, Next.js (App Router), and TailwindCSS.
- ✓Obsessive attention to aesthetic details: micro-interactions, responsive typography, spacing hierarchies, and smooth transitions.
- ✓Deep understanding of browser rendering mechanics, DOM performance, and state management patterns.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- +Experience building bespoke design systems or interactive 3D elements (Three.js, WebGL, Canvas).
- +Familiarity with Astro, server islands, and static site generation techniques.
